Aug 5, 2023 11:30am and Noon Power Boats – Refunds for rain time ROUNDED UP TO THE HOUR

For all mid-day power boat charters, we are offering a rain free rounded up guarantee this day since some people may see the forecast and be concerned they would be wasting a day of chartering when they want to be swimming and hanging out in the water. So if it rains for at least 5 minutes total during your time on the water, we will refund the first 60 minutes. If it rains for 61 minutes TOTAL, we will refund the first 2 hours, and so on. Refunds will be rounded up to the nearest hour based on the total amount of time it rains (if it rains on you at all).

If you arrive on the dock and it is raining at your start time, you can hang out down below in the boat until the rain stops at no charge. No matter what the situation, if it rains for at least 5 minutes during your charter time, you are not paying for rain time – and we round up the refund to the nearest hour.

Refunds apply to the boat rental. If you schedule a 6 or fewer person charter, we also cover the captain fees. If you have a bareboat charter (scheduled 7 or more people on a sailboat or power boat), the normal captain rate at which you hired the captain applies since USCG regulations will not allow us to pay the captain.
